Lemon juice & water
8 a.m.
– single egg, GF toast w/ omega 3 oil, Dandy Blend
Went to sub. & my lunch hr. was early:
11:30 am: Brought a raw wrap from Whole Foods
Mid-aft: Org. apple & almonds
Dinner out: Going to a restaurant with a limited veg menu: Will order my usual large Greek Salad with a side of mixed veggies and perhaps a baked potato.
Going to a meeting afterward & will snack on some fruit
