Note: I have been editing this index with coding: V for Vegan, GF for Gluten Free, WF for Wheat Free, DF for Dairy Free, and NSA for No Sugar Added. There is no sugar added to any of the vegetable dishes, so I have not marked them with NSA. The NSA actually applies to fruits and desserts. Also, if it is labeled Vegan, it is automatically dairy, egg, & honey free.

In the blog itself, I now put the code on the recipe itself in Kitchen Nutrition. Hopefully, this will help people with special food needs to identify if a recipe is on their acceptable food list.
Vegan includes foods that have no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, honey, or bee pollen. It supersedes dairy free, because if it is vegan,it is automatically dairy & egg free.
Gluten Free (GF) means no wheat, oats, rye,or barley. (I use this code mostly with desserts.) Oats purchased from companies that do not process wheat, rye, and barley may be safe. Check with your doctor.
No sugar added means no white sugar (I use agave [from cactus plant], maple syrup, & honey sparingly)
