Cauliflower is a vegetable that continues to be harvested into the fall, so next month I will have a recipe for curried cauliflower soup, pictured below:

Also, World Vegetarian Day is October 1st, so I plan to feature not just vegetarian recipes, which mine already are, but only vegan recipes, using no dairy, eggs, or animal products of any kind. (The Cauliflower Soup in one example of a creamy soup without the cream.) I hope to have an article on vegetarianism/veganism, as well.
