8:30 a.m. Rest of the green smoothie from yesterday; one slice GF toast
10 a.m. organic apple
12:30: Made a pasta dish on the week-end with sliced Brussels sprouts and broccoli; finished it.
4:30: clementine
6 p.m.Tossed salad with goat cheese and pesto dressing I had made, froze, and thawed over the week-end to try a dish from a book I reviewed on www.menupause.info called Lunch in Paris by Elizabeth Bard. You can go to the website for the recipe under Kitchen Nutrition. Also made a cauliflower soup from the same cookbook for dinner, but did not really like it. Had another piece of GF toast and tea.
