Snack: Blackberries I had frozen earlier in the season. Still delish!
7:30 a.m. Steel cut oats & almond milk sweetened with Stevia leaf and cinnamon
Noon: At school, but made a double salad and entreelast night for this purpose: tossed ssalad, red quinoa with edamame beans and bought a bag of baked chips and peas & carrots.
3:30 p.m. A few nuts.
6 p.m. Went to our favorite Chinese restaurant. I had a large bowl of soup with tofu, snow peas, carrots & brown rice with a side of green beans topped with grated ginger & scallions.
9 p.m. After a meeting, we had desserts. I had grapes & goat cheese
