Snack from Last Night- GF Toast & Tea
7 a.m.
Yogurt with frozen, unsweetened raspberries I purchased a few weeks ago
On my way to MANNA’s kitchen to volunteer for them morning, so I took my protein smoothie I made yesterday.
About 9 a.m-
Took a break and samples a free GF snack of corn chips/crackers by Food  Should Taste Good. Excellent!
11-1pm-
Lunch in “tres partes” (3 parts)- Started making my lunch. Heated up the black rice I thawed, black beans from the other night, and Veggie Threads (cheese from soy). My cousin called & asked to meet at a newish, neighborhood French restaurant that is struggling& I had cooked veggies with greens that were delicious. Then I picked up a  fresh loaf of just-baked GF bread & when I got home I cut off the heel and enjoyed the freshness before freezing it.
Late afternoon I had a chai tea.
7 p.m.
Went to a restaurant with my husband’s cousins who were here on a business trip. Went to The White Dog Cafe, a nice restaurant in the Univ. Of PA campus. I had a mesclun salad with goat cheese, roasted root veggies and coconut rice. Very tasty. When I got home I had a bite of halvah.
