Snacks last night: Stayed up later than usual because I napped 2+ hours, so had a fruit & nut snack soon after dinner and then tea & 4-5 small GF ginger snaps in the later evening.
6 a.m. - Herbal tea with lemon
6:30-7 a.m. Large organic apple with tahini
8:30 a.m.- one egg over light with sprouts, Dandy Blend drink
Mid-morn snack: Purchased a green smoothie at Trader Joe’s and found it quite delicious. It is actually marketed as a protein drink. Will try some other flavors. Also, one piece of chocolate-covered ginger.
Went for a massage/adjustment from my chiropractor so home later for lunch:
1 p.m.-Go Red Salad I made last night inside a “raw wrap” from Awesome Foods. Actually, dehydrated veggies, but less than 180 degrees, so can be called raw. Also, yellow split pea soup my cousin Phyllis made & 3 almonds.
Late aft. snack - Organic Banana
6:30 p.m.- Grilled portobello mushroom burger, broccoli, 1/2 large sweet potato
Since I don’t post Sat. & Sun., I will post my snack now:
herbal tea & 5 small ginger snaps
