– 3 ginger snaps
6 pm
– grated carrot & daikon salad with sesame oil & plum vinegar; baked sweet potato and simmered Brussels sprouts cut into thin slices for quick cooking.
8 pm
- grapes; made a green smoothie for later: org. raspberries, kiwi, lettuce, dates.
10pm
- 1 cup of green smoothie
