6:30 am lemon juice & water

7:30 am – 2 Breakfast Tacos(small): Black beans, red bell pepper and sprouts
mid-morning
- banana, green smoothie

1 pm- 2 stuffed grape leaves I purchased @ a Turkish restaurant while doing errands, artichoke/pepper salad from local supermarket salad bar.  Took a quick nap and then had a slice of GF/DF toast with iced Dandy Blend (warm day).

5:30 pm – quinoa with asparagus. Tossed salad: curly red leaf org. lettuce, grated carrot, grated daikon, shreded red cabbage with olive oil & lemon
6 :30 pm – 2 or 3 coconut macaroons (small); 7:30 – grapes

Sun. Nov. 14th

8 am- Protein Powder Smoothie (Cold water, PP, cinnamon)

Went for a one hour walk with 3 women in my building. Our neigborhood has lovely trees, many still in brilliant colors.

11:30 am – Picked up my daughter and grandson in Center City and went for brunch at a French restaurant. Ate outdoors under heat lamp. I had a goat cheese omelet (back to using dairy on an occasional basis) with spinach and a salad. Tea with ½ GF muffin that I baked last nite.

mid-aft – apple

6 pm Dinner with my daughter- Tossed salad with daikon radish, carrots, red cabbage, and Persian cucumber. Oil & lemon juice dressing

Kasha & noodles: Dry roast buckwheat while water boils. Boil water in another pot for corkscrew GF noodles. Combine kasha with noodles to which I added peas at the end of the noodles  cooking. Bash added sautéed onions.

X9: 15- tea with 4 small macaroons
