Tues., Dec. 7th, 2010 (Pearl Harbor Day)

6:30 am- Lemon juice & water with ginger
8 am – Oatmeal with Rice Dream a dab of maple syrup (2 bowls!)
(Note: I am on a gluten-free diet to address tinnitus, but oats are not really a gluten grain.)
10 am.- GF Ginger cookie from a local, French bakery
1:30 pm -Awesome Foods raw wrap, cold broccoli from dinner
3 pm – Organic Apple
6pm – Kasha Pilaf with rice spirals & peas  (Kasha is buckwheat groats that I roast on top of the stove and add boiling veg. broth until almost cooked while making the pasta. Add peas during the last 8-10 minutes and the cooked & drained spirals at the end. Add seasonings.)
Garden Salad-Romaine & Butter crunch lettuce, radishes, radicchio, leeks, carrots & sprouts (See Full Spectrum Salad in www.menupause.info, Kitchen Nutrition with Recipes category.)
Eve. SnackGF/DF toast with tea
