For the summer issue (June/July combined), I hope to gather my favorite salads and dips for your summer salad-eating pleasure. Here are some earlier photos of salads to pique your appetite. I hope to post some new ones for the summer recipes and/or update some of the ones below. For example, I saw a recipe for asparagus guacamole that looked interesting, so I may experiment with some combinations I have not used before.
