Every so often, before I do a major shopping errand, I take all my veggies in the crisper and use them up in a soup, stew, or stir-fry. In my next posting, I hope to feature these three kinds of dishes, and to pique your appetite, I have enclosed a photo of my kitchen sink soup simmering on the stove. (How’s that for alliteration?)
