When I was in Las Vegas in May on my way to the airport to fly home, we stopped for lunch and I spotted a restaurant called Wich Craft, featuring sandwiches. So I am borrowing that title for my recipes in the next posting, adding an apostrophe to indicate it’s a clipped version of sandwich and a dash to keep the word connected. I plan the next posting for mid-October, and ‘Wich-craft seems perfect for Halloween time..

One of my favorite sandwiches is sprouted Ezekiel bread spread with mashed (ripe) avocado, lettuce, cucumbers, and sprouts.
