Global Kindness/Human Rights

In my last posting on Pearl Harbor Day, with a section on Human Rights, (http://www.menupause.info/archives/17670), I noted that I am working on making a difference in the world so it is a more peaceful planet. One way is to join the Global Kindness Revolution, an idea of Judith Trustone, a writer and publisher (Sagewriters Publishing) who lives in my area and has published several books. Here is her website: www.trustonekindness.com.

Judith Trustone

On her website you will find information on how to create a Kindness Circle, with others or alone.  Judith asks that you sit silently on Saturdays from 4-5:50 pm. (If this time is not convenient, I suggest you pick a time and duration that work for you. es). The point of doing it with others is to send each others zaps of kindness.

Judith also prints and sells kindness postcards that you can put in your purse and read when you wish. Here is a photo of the card:

If you feel, as I do, that when everyone meditates or prays at the same time, the energy field surrounding the earth responds. Try it and see if you get that feeling.

Please go to Judith’s website and learn more about her kindness circle, which people have said is an uplifting experience or they felt more calm, relaxed, and contemplative with a sense of appreciation for the compassion of others.

This idea does not cost you one penny, just a few minutes of your time. So I invite you to join the Global Kindness Revolution to help combat all the anger and hatred we seem to be experiencing in the world.
